We are currently looking for a HR Manager for our production site in Ede, the Netherlands.

The HR Manager ensures strategic and operational excellence in workforce management by attracting, developing, and retaining talent. Foster a positive work environment, drive organizational growth, ensure compliance, and align HR policies with business goals to enhance employee engagement, performance, and company success.
What will your typical day look like?
- Policy Development & Advice: Design and implement strategic HR policies in coordination with HR Corporate and Centers of Expertise, focusing on recruitment, career planning, compensation, and employee relations.
- Organizational Strategy: Collaborate with management to define HR objectives, manage budgets, and enhance staffing and training efforts while overseeing HR systems like Workday.
- Performance Monitoring: Supervise budgets for HR initiatives and evaluate performance against KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Information Management: Generate and maintain key HR reports, handbooks, and documentation, including compliance with corporate guidelines and social reporting.
- Team Leadership: Direct HR department activities, including staffing decisions and employment terms, in partnership with both corporate and local leadership.
- Communication & Consultation: Serve as the main HR liaison for managers and employees, leading recruitment and dismissal processes and aligning global and local HR policies.
- Authority & Decision-Making: Implement HR policies, set departmental priorities, and drive initiatives to meet organizational goals.
- Operational Responsibility: Ensure adequate staffing, enforce budgetary compliance, and contribute to a dynamic, future-ready HR environment.
What do we want to know from you?
- At least 5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Operations Manager, demonstrating a strong track record in strategic and operational HR management within international or matrixed organizations.
- A completed education at a minimum bachelor’s level, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology.
- Native Dutch and fluency in English
- Strong hands-on mentality with independent execution capabilities.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday/ATPS.
