Sales Manager Central Europe

Who will you be working with?
You will report to the Product Line Director, based in the Wabtec Netherlands office in Ede, the Netherlands.

How will you make a significant impact?
In this role, you are responsible for developing and growing the sales activities for the Mors Smitt products of Wabtec Netherlands in the Railway market in the Central Europe region, focusing on DACH. Your portfolio includes relays, miniature circuit breakers, sensors, measuring systems, and engineered solutions.

What do we want to know about you?
For this position, your technical background and experience in the industrial or B-to-B market are crucial. We value your familiarity with the railway market and your fluency in German and English. The job requires about 50% of travelling, and we prefer candidates living in Northern Europe or in the DACH region.

What will your typical day look like?
You maintain contact and strengthen relationships with existing customers, such as main rolling stock builders. You also find new customers and create new business, such as with various (local) operators. Further, you investigate the market and detect trends and specific market/customer needs.
